Maysara Winery in McMinnville, Oregon, is a stunning new wedding venue in the Pacific Northwest. Their gorgeous new stone and wood space is ideal for a sophisticated outdoor-loving couple, like Sarah and Patrick. A marvelous mixture of rustic, elegant and refined, it made for the perfect backdrop for this love story.

Sarah looked positively radiant all day, and her gorgeous down (from AniA Collection) took my breath away when I first set eyes on it. Nothing, of course, compared to Patrick’s expression when he first saw her out on the stone patio. We drove through the hills of the winery to make their bridal portraits. The weather (plus a little ingenuity and muddy knees) held out for us, and the adventure was fantastic.

Because of the rain, their ceremony was deftly relocated from the outer deck down to the beautiful cellar and tasting room. The light was warm and romantic, and the doors created a beautiful outdoor archway that framed them as they said their vows. Jenna and I both cried. Such a fantastic and meaningful ceremony. We loved it!

The reception looked amazing in the towering room upstairs. Gas heat lamps made the space warm and inviting, while we still felt like we were outside. The huge stone arch leading outside looked amazing after dark, and bistro lights made for a beautiful twinkle. The food looked fantastic, the wine (of course) made everyone very happy, and the dancing was spirited and fun. We provided a photo booth, and there was much giggling in the corner.
