Lauren and Paul came to me through my darling 2013 couple, Bobbie and Rich. Paul is the head brewmaster at Base Camp Brewery, a newer Portland beer spot with a huge focus on outdoor lovers (In-Tents IPA, Ripstop Rye, S'more Stout...), and a gorgeous taproom full of natural wood, carabiners, gorgeous outdoor photos and fantastic people. He did a custom beer for Bobbie and Rich's wedding, and will do the same for his own.

These two love to hike and adventure together, so we made the Gorge a focus of their engagement session: Ponytail Falls, Horsetail Falls, Latourell Falls, fields along the way, Vista House and then all the way back to Portland for the rooftop view at Base Camp.

I love how comfortable they are around each other--it shows in the small things. Their wedding in August is going to be absolutely fantastic, and full of Northwest outdoor style.
