Joel asked Erin to marry him in the Virgin Islands, on one of the cutest videos ever which he took with his GoPro. You should watch it. It's awesome.

After a truly fantastic wedding in New Hampshire, I drove up to Acadia National Park to meet Erin and Joel for their engagement portraits. We went all around the park, from roadside tree groves to the Otter Cliffs to Cadillac Mountain to the Waterfall Bridge and other pretty places. It was my first time to the park, and having two people to share it with and photograph totally made my day. Acadia is an amazing place to adventure.

My favorite picture (and Erin's too, evidently) is the one above, where the Atlantic Ocean crashed all around the rock they stood on. Wheeee!
