In the middle of September, Udaya and I went down to Santa Cruz for a beautiful wedding up in the hills. We got up in the morning, found some breakfast, and drove out to Coastal Dairies State Park along Highway 1.

Oh, such magic. We enjoyed the crashing waves, sand, caves and wind-blasted cliffs almost by ourselves, rambling around the beach with bare feet and free hearts.

It was the perfect start to a perfect day. Just wait until you see the wedding photos. Until then, enjoy our little piece of coastal paradise.
